George, the manager, greeted us warmly when we got back from dinner at a nearby restaurant. The location is pleasant, and the establishment shows potential.

There was a steel construction structure in front of our bedroom window that blocked the view. The TV could not be tuned in, so we called the manager to come and assist. He was unable to get the TV tuned in, and as a result, we were offered a room change, but the alternative room was noisy with rattling doors, lacked air conditioning, heating, or a kettle, and was uncomfortably cold. Additionally, it lacked amenities typical of a guest house, such as a mirror in the room, a hairdryer, or toiletries. There was a partially used shower gel in the shower, but it was unclear if it was leftover from previous guests or provided for our use. Furthermore, we were unexpectedly disturbed after 11 pm to move our car, despite being instructed to park in that location. It was also very noisy in the guest house from early on the next morning (6 a.m.), with banging doors and things being pushed around, etc.

The location was excellent and the view outstanding. Near to the beach, restaurants and shops.

No breakfast there

Condition of the room, there was no waredrobe, it smells a dead rat. Ourstay was not satisfactory as there were too much noise from the guests. They kept on knocking in our room in the middle of the night.

The house is beautiful, the view is amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Safe inside parking was a big relief. Overall we had a comfortable stay, the unit was clean and the bed slept like a dream. A lot of cupboard space is a bonus. It was a lovely pleasant experience, and I will be back.

Personally I would add a coffee station to the bar area, to replace the ricoffy supplied in the room. Some bigger glasses would be a bonus, as well as 2-ply TP and handsoap in the bathroom.
