The stove didn't work and there was no microwave to warm food.There was no mop to dry the floor because it's very slippery when wet

The staff was warm and friendly , clean all round , quite location and great views of the Table Mountain and great sea views, top location

Standards definitely not 4 star as per sign at the gate.. No milk available for refreshments on arrival - only refreshments in the room were a stick of Ricoffey and 2 Rooibos teabags. ( and stayed that way for 7 days) Decor very bland, no attempt to create any homeliness. I actually felt like an intruder in someone's home. Toiletries in shower - a huge 2l bottle of Satiskin to use as shower gel, Somedays the cleaning staff washed the coffee mug, some days they just left it.. Lastly R200 for a breakfast is simply ridiculous. I will not be returning there. Poor value for money.
