Location was good.

I booked this room for my elderly parents. I had asked for late night check-in at around 12-1 am. I have already confirmed this via email and made the full payment in advance. When my parents arrived at the hotel they denied giving the room and said they don't have the booking. I had to call them and speak to their manager and after spending 30 mi nutes at the reception and after much negotiations they gave the room. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. After paying the full amount in advance, my parents had to argue and speak to multiple people this at midnight for the room.

Nothing it was was waste of money

Bed spread and blankets were not clean. Too much dust. Deluxe room was too small. Overall didn’t get proper sleep. However, location was great and staffs were good.

breakfast option was good and rooms are very clean and hygenic staffs are very polite who helped me throughout the stay
