Appartamento con giardino a Selcetta vicino Campus Biomedico

Posizione buona rispetto al centro. Bel giardino esterno.

La pulizia ha lasciato a desiderare. Frigo assolutamente sporco: abbiamo provveduto noi a pulirlo. Appartamento non dotato di asse e ferro da stiro, se necessario all'occorrenza. Mancano tovaglia da cucina e strofinacci. Luce naturale solo nella sala principale. Cucina e camera da letto sono interrate, pertanto, poco illuminate,

the place is located very close to Universita Campus Biomedico. It's kept very clean and is spacious. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I liked the outside garden (except the mosquitos at night!) and the fact that there are tools and facilities.

The home is located in a basement, which limits light and makes the place a bit humid, but that's clear from the pictures too (in summer, that's an advantage). The place is half-refurbished with some parts a bit old, but functional. More tools in the kitchen would be appreciated.
