Deluxe Cosmopolitan Apartment Budapest with Free Parking

Everything was as expected I recommend

The apartment is placed strategically in the very center of the city. Perfect for visiting the castle and buda side of the city on foot. Near public transportation easy to take the underground and the tramways. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very quiet even it’s on the first floor in the center of the city. Perfect combination for relaxation and activities. Well equipped kitchen for warming the food if needed Almost impossible to find parking in the city center but this apartment has it too. Amazing 🤩. Elevator is nice when you have a disability. The host Liz answered our questions rapidly and kindly Everything was easy to fix.

The entire apartment was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The host provided every detail - kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven, beautiful plates and silverware, plenty of towels, bath mat, blankets, extra pillows, coat rack, etc. The floor is heated in the bathroom. The interiors in the apartment were pleasing to the eye including high ceilings and beautiful windows in the living room. There was plenty of room for three adults. The apartment building is on a quiet walk street that has nice cafes, restaurants, markets and a mall nearby. The host responded quickly to my questions. I would highly recommend staying at this apt.

The facility, as shown in the picture, offers spacious areas and is conveniently located within walking distance of all major public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The owner is always available, ready to assist and ensure a pleasant stay.

Every single thing about this place was a disappointment. Nothing good

False advertising claiming it has Air Conditioning but it doesn’t! The hostess says a/c cannot be installed in the building at all. Why advertise it then? Lie! Temperatures above 30C so we opened the windows and got the noise and smoke in, as the building has a Shisa bar style venue downstairs where smokers get together until late at night. Impossible to sleep: heat, noise, smoke, mosquitos. Hostess attitude really arrogant, rude, in denial. We received the flat dusty with dirty floors mats and sofa all with traces of grass, crumbs and animal hair. Failing dishwasher which we fixed, disgusting vacuum which we cleaned and unblocked. We had to clean the fridge, the floors and sofas at our arrival as the hostess claimed it was professionally cleaned (not!). Neighbours harassed us to tell us the flat has no permission to let short term via any platform, they asked us why we were there and that we should tell the hostess or owner they it is forbidden to rent out, also that we shouldn’t be allowed to use any parking because the flat has no parking which by the way is also very tricky. The string barrier in the mezzanine poses as great safety risk as it is not well attached to anything.

The location was superb; it was right next to the pedestrian area full of restaurants and bars and was only a few minutes walk from the local subway station and huge shopping centre. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our short stay.

Most of the doors inside, including the bathroom, are sliding doors and have no handles (!), so it's tough to open or close them. Also, due to the sliding doors nature, there is no sound insulation or privacy. The main sofa-bed is extremely firm and uncomfortable, so I'd suggest changing it to something more comfortable.
