Maison Blanche: appartamento elegante con parcheggio privato

Bed was excellent. Well stocked kitchen. Great building a short walk from everything.

The apartment was close to the city centre, spacious and secure. Instructions to the property were clear and concise. Everything was provided for.

Nothing much. Parking was a bit of a tight fit. But that is Italy!

The apartments are located within walking distance to the city center.

There was no free breakfast, as suggested by the description. The rules and instructions for arrival and departure and handing over the keys are reminiscent of military ones in their strictness.

A clean modern property a short 15 min stroll from the old quarter of Mantova. The parking was a plus, but tight, larger SUVs may not fit.

While the main bed in the room was very comfortable, the sofa bed is past its best, the springs no longer offer much support, the same for the tired mattress. Unfortunately the aircon(a single machine in the hall) wasn’t working, which we were not told of before arrival. A fan was provided the following day, which gave some relief from the 26 degree temp at night for some but unfortunately wasn’t a sufficient substitute to cool the entire apartment for those sleeping on the sofa coming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maison Blanche, a magnificent apartment adorned in elegant white decor, conveniently located near the historical center of Mantova. I spent three delightful days exploring this great city of art, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into Maison Blanche, I was captivated by its serene and sophisticated ambiance. The entire apartment is designed in a pristine white palette, which enhances the natural light and creates a tranquil and airy atmosphere. The minimalist yet luxurious furnishings, combined with subtle accents, contribute to a sense of refined simplicity and elegance. The living area is spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating that invites relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, is both functional and stylish, featuring sleek white cabinetry and countertops that make meal preparation a pleasure. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, with plush bedding and thoughtful touches that ensure a restful night’s sleep. One of the most appealing aspects of Maison Blanche is its prime location. Nestled close to Mantova's historical center, it provided the perfect base for my explorations. Iconic landmarks such as Piazza delle Erbe, Palazzo Ducale, and the breathtaking Basilica di Sant'Andrea were all within easy walking distance. This convenient access allowed me to fully appreciate the city's rich cultural heritage and artistic treasures. The hosts of Maison Blanche, Erik and Greta, were incredibly gracious and attentive. When I experienced difficulties with extracting the keys from the lockbox for some reason, I quickly contacted Erik. He did his best to help me over the phone, and when the issue persisted, Greta came promptly and assisted me with the lockbox. Their kindness and responsiveness made a significant difference, and I am very grateful for their support.

Beautifully decorated apartment in a great part of the city. Lovely walk to the old town center. The apartment is spacious, in a modern building, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. Our daughter slept on the unfolded sofa in the living room, which could use an additional mattress to enhance comfort.
