"A pleasant base for a few days in Otranto"

Great central location and decent facilities.

No heating. Had to use the aircon to raise the temperature, but it never got really ´warm nin the flat. This is a pretty common prblem on the south of Italy when renting properties. For a spring or summer rental, I would rathe the property as a 9, but it is quite chilly in winter.
