Great location for accessing all of the city sights. Communication with hosts was fantastic, loved that they checked in with us just after arrival to make sure all was ok.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well located. The check-in process was easy, communication was excellent, and the hosts were always helpful. I had a great stay and felt very welcome.

"Would recommend because of location but over all not good"

No breakfast but very central to town

Big long dark hair in shower, lots of dust over lock for windows... sofas not comfortable at all.. looked nice but went to bed rather sitting on them.

Location was perfect and it was very modern and clean. Very stylish and comfortable. We’d definitely come again if the windows would be replaced by one day, that’d be amazing/would be the perfect stay in Hereford

The single glazing windows on the street facing side meant that we could hear every car and people on the street really loudly, as all the bedrooms are on that side of the apartment! We all struggled to sleep all night every night

Everything was well prepared. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. And it is so close to the center. We highly recommend this place and we hope to come back in the future.

"I got charged the £250 damage deposite twice"

The accommodation was as expected.

I got charged the £250 damage deposite twice. Both deposits did get refunded to me but I was really not happy about having £250 taken out of my bank account twice.
