Tranquil and Charming One Bedroom Apartment

Very charming apartment. Overall a great experience!

- The apartment was clean and spacious overall. - Kitchen appliances and furniture were new. - Good location near public transportation. - The owner communicates in English and responds promptly, though her communication style was abrupt and somewhat confrontational. - Internet connection was functional.

- Check-in schedule lacked flexibility. - Bedrooms had no radiators and the apartment was cold during winter. The owner suggested the living room air conditioning was sufficient for heating the entire 80 sqm apartment. On the last day, we discovered an unused gas inverter in the living room with no clear operating instructions. - Apartment in a old building on first floor without elevator, with steep stairs. The street has no nearby attractions. - Only one small waste bin for the entire apartment. - Bathroom floor floods after showering. The sink faucet is positioned too high and creates a spray effect even at low pressure. - Kitchen and dining area are separated by a hallway, making meal preparation inconvenient. - The glass living room table has a large plant in the center making it unusable. The second table is highly heat-sensitive with no protective covering provided. - The two bedside lamps function intermittently and the contacts cannot be fixed without moving the entire bed frame. - The mattress is sunken and excessively soft. - Television is small relative to the room size and viewing distance from sofa. - The owner provided a detailed list of restrictions both in the apartment and via Booking.com message. The overall impression was that guests were not entirely welcome. - Multiple minor malfunctions that collectively impact the apartment's overall rating.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero comoda: a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro M4 e non lontano dalla stazione di Keleti, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e veloci. Nelle vicinanze c’è anche un supermercato, molto utile per chi vuole cucinare in casa. Gli interni sono stupendi, arredati in stile vintage e con camere spaziose. La cucina è ben attrezzata con padelle, pentole e tutto l’occorrente per preparare pasti. Il letto è molto comodo e le finestre possono essere completamente oscurate, ottimo per chi ama dormire al buio totale. Il bagno, seppur non grande, è funzionale e dotato di vasca, sapone e asciugamani. Il Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente. Inoltre, l’host è sempre stato molto disponibile e il self check-in è stato semplice e intuitivo.

L’unico vero aspetto scomodo riguarda il bagno: la tenda della vasca non chiude bene e durante la doccia molta acqua esce, allagando parzialmente il pavimento (anche se lo scarico sotto la vasca aiuta a limitarne gli effetti). Essendo stati in inverno, abbiamo notato che il termoconvettore a gas non scalda abbastanza, costringendoci a usare l’aria condizionata in modalità riscaldamento. Un suggerimento per l’host sarebbe quello di fornire una stufetta elettrica per il bagno nei mesi più freddi e considerare la sostituzione della vasca e della tenda, davvero poco pratiche.

Beautiful apartment. The house was built in 1919 with its own history and authenticity. Parquet, high ceilings of 4 meters. However, everything is there, everything is modern and convenient. Clean, fragrant linen, bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more. Spices, tea, coffee, olive oil. There were 2 bottles of water waiting in the fridge. It was 33 degrees Celsius in very hot weather. The air conditioner was very useful. It's not difficult to figure it out. The helpful hostess kindly agreed to extend the stay for an hour in connection with the flight. I've always been in touch. Convenient location and communication. Definitely, we recommend it
