Quiet, clean, private entrance, ceiling fan, washing machine, fridge, kitchenette, coffee maker - just all you need. Was talking with Barbara only through booking - we didn't meet personally, but she was very communicative and helpful.

Mosquito nets in the windows could be an improvement (of course there is a huge mosquito net over the bed so no problems when sleeping). QR code with WiFi settings somewhere on the wall could be also a good idea.

Location is good close to the marina and aquarium.

Issues with the water supply meant we couldn’t take a shower or cleanup properly.

I enjoyed my stay here in this apartment, and Barbara is a nice and helpful (via email) host, although I did not meet her. The setting is in a quiet rural area a few minutes drive from the center of Point-a-Pitre, all you will hear are roosters, birds and barking dogs. A nice kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, stove and washing machine. There is a ceiling fan and mosquito net for the bed. Hot water works well.

You will need a car with good GPS to find it, otherwise it is a 15 to 20 minute hilly walk to the bus station. No air-conditioning or tv. Wi-Fi is a little weak, but sufficient for email etc. Water pressure started off rather weak, and the water was turned off for a few hours on two different evenings, but then came back with stronger water pressure.

Rude owner and husband..dirty .. almost one hour for any taxi to even agree to take me there from the airport..so many things wrong can't list them all guests in other unit over my stay unhappy too

First night the owners husband had a massive go at me because I was on the phone at 2240..on my last night they then drove their car around the house at midnight.. dirty.. handles missing.. Windows broken no screens so bug's .they had broken beds broken netting over the bed ... rubbish all around the house..bad bad bad

Not too far from the airport or seaport, nice natural environment, relatively spacious studio!

It’s a personal problem, but since the property is situated on the top of a hill, it would be best if you rent a vehicle for your stay there. The host went above and beyond to accommodate me since I wasn’t driving and helped me to get groceries which would have been difficult to do on foot.
