Bright Spacious Apartment in KeeromCity Gem

I liked nothing in there. I stayed for 3 good days with no WiFi those people don't care about that particular unit. Chris kept lying to me saying the network will be back but doing nothing with no options. Believe me I don't want the next person to experience this reason I am putting this out. WiFi is the least thing you should give ur customer and they should be other options as this is a business and I paid for it. Again they don't care about that unit

Loverly apartment

No aircon

Spacious room

Too much noise from the street behind, apparently it's a busy street full of clubs, restaurants et all. The party was almost everyday

Location was good.

It was very noisy - both from the corridor with other residents coming and going, and doors closing very noisily as well as noice from Long Street clubs and pubs till 4am during the week. I had to move out to other accommodation because I was riding the Argus cycle tour over the weekend and working either side of the weekend.

The room was as pictured. Very clean.

There was a night club near by that was very loud till 3 am every night. Sleeping was an issue. Also no aircon.

Service was not that good at first because we had to wait longer , outside with our bags because we arrived early and when it was time to check in we were delayed. Some incident happened on the building , they did not call or come to check if everything is in place until we left

The room was spacious and clean

There was no gas for cooking and we tried contacting the owners with no luck,they did not take our cals not even to respond to our messages😞we ended giving the food that we bought to one of the security officers,the place was noisy at night

This apartment had the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, my back and my travel partner’s back are aching. the shower curtain was flimsy and only covered half of the bath, and the water from the shower got all over the floor every single shower. We couldn’t open or close our blinds for two days until ops got involved, we had to sleep with one of the huge windows completely open and there was a COCKROACH in the bathroom. It is generous to call this self-catering, an apartment that is more expensive to book is ultimately cheaper because of the lack of basic things like salt and pepper and grimy pots and pans.

The location was not my cup of tea,but it is safe. The location is a party central if you are into that sort of thing the place will be great.The room is exactly as the pictures, so that was good.

Don’t expect them to change anything in the room, towels,bedding etc even if you are the for 4days. It probably good for one night sleep because the room will be clean when you get there. Corridors/Passages were not cleaned for my duration there. There’s also no aircons there is a fan though.
