Lokacija objekta je idealna ako zelite posjetit Asisi i okolne gradice .Apartman ima sve sto trebate za ugodan boravak a domacica je izuzetna.Svakako bih preporucija ovaj apartman i sigurno cu se vratiti.

The host was there at arrivel to explain everything and to help us settle. The apartment is spacious with good size bedrooms. Lovely terraced balcony. Plenty of parking. They was a bottle of wine on arrival, coffee machine with snacks. Little extras just to help with settling in. Excellent location, short drive, to assisi. The place was a treat to stay. Assisi is definitely worth coming back for and no doubt I will be staying here again.

We had everything we needed. Our host Rosanna gave us a lot of useful information that we needed. Thank you again. Otherwise, a very nice and clean accommodation with an exceptional view.

Appartamento stupendo, spazioso e luminoso. Due balconi grandi con il sole alla mattina da una parte e al pomeriggio dall'altro. Vista sia sulla basilica di San Francesco sia sulla cupola di Santa Maria degli Angeli. Rosanna è super disponibile e gentile come pure i vicini dell'appartamento. Posizione tranquilla e logisticamente ottima (in 4' a piedi si è in piazza Santa Maria degli Angeli) Casa accogliente e curata nei minimi particolari. Lo consiglio

Care and generosity of the owner. The owner helped with guiding train bookings from Rome, allowed us to come into the flat few hours before, and provided basic things before we go to the market like wine, milk, snacks,tea etc.and generous quantities. The owner was responsive and promptly to our needs. We had a lovely stay at Assisi. Highly recommended.

All was fine Will definitely come back again here

Nice apartment, clean and comfy

Train is a bit noisy, for the rest everything is good.

Firstly, Rosanna, our host has excellent customer service skills, responding promptly to any queries and provided helpful tips on stunning neighbourhood towns we could visit by public transport beyond Assisi. The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious and well designed. The bedroom was a very good size and the bed was really comfortable. It was great to have the use of a washing machine with plenty supply of cleaning materials. The kitchen area had all you needed. I did not expect breakfast supplies, but Rosanna left a plentiful supply of breakfast products and lots of cold drinks in the fridge. A generous sized fridge and freezer was also available. AC ventilation worked very well. Loved how Rosanna left us a lovely bottle of white wine as a welcome gesture- much appreciated. Although we did not meet Rosanna in person, we were greeted by her helpful neighbours that lived downstairs with their gorgeous dog, Lucky.

Nothing to fault

The room was exceptionally clean. The location was very good, with easy access to the town centre and the railway station. The chiming of the church bells is an excellent way to begin the day. The hostess was exceptionally nice!

Everyone in the neighborhood has dogs, which bark incessantly when you enter or leave the home, though we did not hear from them throughout the night. The trains are also noisy, but quiet after 10 p.m.

We were very satisfied. The accommodation met all our expectations. We chose it mainly due to its strategic location, a few minutes' walk from the train station, from which you can easily reach other interesting places such as Perugia, Spelo and Spoleto. Rosanna is a great host, she prepared a small treat for us. The accommodation was clean and fully equipped. Just great. I recommend.

The room was quite cold, but that was to be expected after winter.
