The location, facilities the house provides, and very very quite location. The cleaning lady is an added bonus for the property as she has the place sparkling.

The bathroom was very clean, however as I think the owner will agree it is ready for upgrade. This didn't stop us having a wonderful stay in this amazing house.

The beds were very comfortable, as was the settee. It was nice and homey.

We had to go and buy loo roll as soon as we got there, but it most likely that we just couldn't find where it was kept.

That it was close to Brands Hatch.

We booked a stay at this property, but the owner failed to inform us that our reservation had been cancelled. We only discovered this when one of our guests called to ask about parking. The owner cited a flood and later mentioned electrical faults as reasons for the cancellation. However, when our friends peered through the windows, they observed luggage and unmade beds, suggesting the property had been double-booked. When we reached out to the host, their response was dismissive: "There are plenty of BnBs around the area." Unfortunately, due to the American Speedfest at Brands Hatch, all nearby accommodations were fully booked, forcing us to return home, two hours away. After numerous calls and messages, we eventually received a refund. However, our birthday weekend was completely ruined. Not only did we lose out on tickets we could only use for one day, but we also incurred significant costs for dog sitters. If you're looking for a reliable booking experience, I strongly advise against choosing this property.

We never got to stay there. It was booked weeks before and on the day of arrival the owner cancelled the stay as he said the previous occupants had caused a problem and there was issues with the electrics due to a water leak.

Not getting to stay there

The place was lovely and clean. Really spacious with great facilities.

We were disappointed that it is 3 bedrooms not 4. The 4th bedroom is a separate annexe on the driveway that costs extra, which was not clear on the advert when booking. The bar is also an additional expense that needs to be requested prior to your stay and this was not clear either.

A fabulous little property but in need of some upgrading and general finishing touches. The garden is lovely, private, quiet and secure. The location for us was perfect as visiting Brands Hatch. Off street parking was a bonus.

The property was advertised as a 4 bed but is only 3. The listing shows pictures of a bar area but does not state that this incurred an extra cost and was not accessible to us. There are no instructions for any appliances, the microwave did not work. Most living room sockets are unable to be used as too close to the skirting board. The rug smells of dogs. Bathroom in need of refurbishment. The decking and small garden furniture are ready for replacing, the larger set we didn't have access to the cushions.
