Aglaia apartment residence delle tre grazie

I cannot say enough about this property. It is in a fantastic location, a short stroll to beach, restaurants and markets. It has a beautiful terrace upstairs with sunshine all day. Lino was great and responded to all enquires. I would highly recommend and will book when back in region again.

Very nicely designed, new, clean and comfortable apartment in the old part of the city. Close to shops and restaurants and at the same time very quiet with birds singing in the morning while you drink coffee on the terrace. Very well equipped kitchen which we used to prepare fresh fish from the market nearby.

The apartment is beautiful and in a good location on Ortigia. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and the apartment made a great base for exploring Ortigia and for getting to our hire car across in Syracuse.

There wasn't quite enough hot water for all three of us to shower/ bathe. And unfortunately there are a lot of cats outside the apartment as one of the other reviewers notes, which meant you had to watch your feet.

The location near the market was great. Being able to buy and cook fresh locally grown produce or fresh fish was a real bonus. The welcoming bottle of wine and coffee capsules were a nice touch too

The only down side was the abundance of cat faeces on via della tres grazia. The cats may have been cute but the risk of treading in their fecal output was not.
