"Deceiving appearance. Poorly run. No Tennessee river access. Kayak was for a small pond. Laughable"

We didn’t stay. We drove away.

Deceiving. Arrived at 6 pm to stay for the night. Ring doorbell said it was off line. Walked all the way around the place for someone to check us in. Couldn’t find anyone. Called the office number. No one picked up so we left a message. Called the emergency option ( as if our room had an emergency). No one picked up. I sent an Email that we were ready to check in. 4 days later we still haven’t received a return phone call or an email. Driving up to the place I could tell the place was neglected around the outside. The kayak that was advertised wasn’t for the Tennessee River it was for a small pond out in the middle of a cow pasture. No river access. No dock. Very poorly run place.
