Central City Penthouse With Exquisite Views

It was close to the Waterfront.

Reception was not very friendly. One aircon remote was missing. Though we reported it there was no response. There was hectic noise till 2 in the morning. Nothing of that sort was indicated in the advert. For a 9.1 rating ,which I spent extra money on the stay was rather disappointing.

Central location and great view of table mountain! Property managers were very responsive, polite, and attentive.

We had an issue with the air conditioners, but assistance was provided to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

The property was amazing, very clean and amazing location.

Good well maintained bathrooms- beautiful with good water pressure. Balcony was spacious and great views of table mountain.

Not well maintained, kitchen and living room furniture damaged. Very loud at night, and situated off a very unsafe street. Bare minimum given in terms of towels, linen, utensils etc. don’t stay here if you like somewhere quiet.

I liked that there was a big terrace

The room was not ready on time as the cleaner was still cleaning past the check in Time. I didn’t like how the worker at the reception treated us when we had checked in as he was being very rude.
