The staff helped me with making copies & getting extra luggage to my room. Very helpful & courteous

Not in the hotelā€™s control, but there was a domestic dispute & the staff wasnā€™t sure how to handle it.

The Breakfast was very good and the muffins were delicious. The facility was clean and provided adequate supplies in each room. The bed was so comfortable.

The breakfast time could be longer to give those who are vacationing and who want to sleep in a little more time to simply relax.

"Convenient and ok."

The breakfast selection was great. The front desk staff and engineer were pleasant and professional..The front desk offered another room however, I was traveling with my 86 year old Dad.

The hearing unit in the common area did not work for most of my stay. (7pm to 9am) However, the building engineer arrived at 9:15am and had it working in 5 minutes. The room smelled of smoke which aggravated my allergies. The fabric on the chairs was very dirty.
