Nothing,

The property was not clean my room was dirty with dirty linen on the bed. People smoking marijuana out front. Everything from tricks and pimps to drug dealers were at this place.

"Nice hotel, but check the lock."

Check in was easy and the room was well suppliedā€”full kitchen, comfy sofa, decent bed, large TV, etc.

My main concern was that the doors are to be opened by card only, yet someone opened the door! Thankfully, I had also applied the manual lock, so it only opened about an inch. I think it was just a mistake, but it was concerning that it was able to be opened without the door card.
