"Nobody showed up for check in, left waiting on the street at night"

Nobody showed up for checkin. I waited for more than 2 hours at the street address but nobody showed up for check in. All attempts to contact before and after booked arrival time were ignored. An invalid contact number was on the property profile, so unreachable by phone. 30 minutes before midnight/curfew, received a message simply saying "Oh sorry, just saw this" Then they claimed to booking com that i was "No Show" to avoid a review being posted.
