USWe arrived at locaton of the apartment and were not able to get into the apartment. tried calling texting, asking for help. We were ever able enter into the apartment and no one reached out to us to discuss. We had about one hour of daylight to find other accommodations in a city that was booked for the World games, no where to stay and could not get into apartment. I kept texting them, and they responded by not even reading what I had written

CHGreat location, close to the Olympic Stadium.
No details where was the apartment in the block. Needed to call the helpline to figure that out. The shower could not hold the head. This is a minor problem, just annoying.
