The apartment allowed us to travel with our dogs and had available green area close by for dog walks.

The apartment was not clean - we were expecting this after reading other reviews so we bought in advance cleaning stuff and cleaned it properly ourselves. There was dust and hair on the floor. The kitchen surfaces were unclean, some dusty, some greasy. The table on the terrace was filled with green moss. Everything shows wear&tear and neglection: - kitchen: cheap chairs with many dirty spots; - bedroom: mattress with whole in it, one window blind torn off (we improvised a solution to manage to have proper darkness at night), window missing one hinge (risk of injury if you don.t manage it properly). Pillows (if you take them out of the pillow case) are extremely dirty, i wonder if they were ever-ever washed; - bathroom: big yellow spot on the bottom of the bathtub, probably from old accumulated water. Dirty cleaning equipment left out in the open in corners of the bathroom. Toilet stool broken, risk of falling of the toilet 😄 Very poorly equipped kitchen (again we were expeecting this from other reviews) - an ancient coffee filter, only one coffee mug, greasy cooking tools (we brought our own from home, we did not use these). No desk in the bedroom but we brought the small table from the terrace and cleaned it properly of all the green moss. Host not really reactive and interactions were kept to minimal, sometimes had to insist. Cleaning lady ... well, we did not even ask her to do a second clean-up. For a cleaning person to leave the apartment in the way we found means she has serious hygiene issues generally speaking. For a short stay you might bear with it. For a long stay it.s only bearable if you come prepared to do your own cleaning and bring your own cooking utensils. This level of neglect and dirtiness shows that the owner / manager either never steps in to check for himself, or doesn't care at all for the wellfare of his guests.
