Haven Sanctuary Suite with Private Entrance

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Warren's hospitality stood out—he picked us up at the airport, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Each day, we returned to a warm room, which was a perfect retreat after exploring. A special mention goes to the adorable cat and dog that added a touch of homeliness to our stay. They were such a joy to be around! Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

The location is fantastic above the Lower Shotover river with views of Coronet Peak. The very comfortable BnB is also close to shops and the airport. We wanted for nothing. Warren was a fabulous host. Even took us to the airport.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Spacious and clean.

Not very private. Host seemed to linger around our room the whole time we were there and came into our room to close curtains etc while we were out which is a lovely idea but just makes me uncomfortable that they came into our space that we paid to have for ourselves.

Beautiful location, easy access to Queenstown and Arrowtown. The room was clean and cosy, the bed extremely comfortable. Huge and beautiful bathroom. Warren was friendly and helpful, he took the time to give me lots of information about places to see.

Very peaceful location. 5 star accommodation. Easy to access with transport.

A convenient location in a residential area outside Queenstown with onsite parking and privacy. The location provided easy access to many of the tourist sites in the area. Dishes and cutlery were washed daily by the owners which added to the convenience of staying at the property.

Quiet location, the room and shower were specious and clean, Warren was super nice and helpful, we had a great time!
