Odlična lokacija. 10 minuta laganog hoda od centa grada. Parking mjesto u dvorištu zgrade. Dragator preko puta zgrade. Čisto i uredno. Domaćin ljubazan i susretljiv.

Zgrada je starije gradnje pa vrata stana imaju malo lufta.
