The tvs in the bedrooms did not work

Was great value and conveniently located near Dollywood where we were going. First of let me say the owners were informed of all of this and were very apologetic. The condo was not cleaned well. Cobwebs spiders on our our back deck. The shower in master was dirty and water drained very slow, leaving us showering with ankle deep water. The A/C vent master coming out of the wall. The walls were not wiped down, so many liquid other stains visible. We kept getting kicked off Wifi. The floors were not swept or vacuumed. We sent pictures of all of the above. Due to poor Wifi we were asked over and over resend pictures (very annoying getting request for pictures over over). Finally they said they received them. Being Airbnb property owners ourselves, we just felt everything was very unprofessional in communicating. They were polite in responding, but just expected us to provide all the proof of above mentioned problems. Our goal was not to be complaining or picky but documenting and communicating all these things were present upon our arrival. The elevator to get up down was filthy, temperature in elevator was very very Hot and could be dangerous as it takes minute to get up 5 floors. The pool was clean but so many little kids jumping running ect we chose not to use it. Again We don't like or want leave bad reviews (we are property owners ourselves) people should Always know truth the real in so you can decide where how much you want to spend. This property has great location to enjoy so many attractions. So hoping they will go look for themselves see their cleaning help maintenance ect fix issues. One more thing their is a creek with geese out back that was nice to sit look at. Like I said the patio area was very dirty. Kitchen was stocked with coffee makers microwave dishwasher stackable washer/dryer and all utensils dishes pots pans you could ever need. Synopsis for this review budget friendly not well maintained.

The shower drainage, the amount of dirt on deck, the nasty elevator and just wasn't very clean.

Great vintage condo. Centrally located to just about everything, well lit and perfect for our needs.

Got to be smarter than the tv

Location was perfect for us.

We loved the coffee bar in the kitchen . Check in and out was easy. It did take me a while to find the unit # on the reservation... Soni messaged the host who quickly responded and followed up. It was a good location to the activities, good parking (well lit) plenty of spaces (although the complex was pretty much empty when we visited). It was so much more comfortable than a hotel room. We traveled with 2 children who each had their own bed. Hosts responded quickly to my messages and questions. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked to make a family meal.

I wish the complex had a hot tub. There was a jacuzzi bathtub. The jacuzzi bath/shower combo was a bit uncomfortable to step in and out of.... They had handrails but elderly probably should shower in the other bathroom. We would have liked the water a little hotter...there are 2 showers but we could only get thru 1 long shower before it turned cold. If you're a light sleeper, bring some white noise because there is a cute little stream out back and the geese apparently partied all night. We enjoyed them during the day.

Everything about this place was wonderful! Nice private balcony, plenty of space inside, cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a weekend getaway, but even better if you're planning on staying longer!

Only negative is, if you get the back bedroom, the geese will drive you crazy!
