The heaters was not working! It was snowing outside and it was absolutely freezing, me and my friends were absolutely freezing and could not stop shivering, it ruined our night, I found this absolutely appalling They was also no towels or toilet roll !

On arrival, it looked messy with laundry on the stairs .Matress were uncomfortable, and the windows were making noises all night from the wind ,old sach windows no double glazing. The toilet had no flushing buttom and some of the finishings were poorly done.Do not use the car park recommended if you are staying on a Saturday ,my car got locked and I could not retrieve it on the Sunday .

Highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and clean. Very neat and comfortable

The doors were abit difficult to open. The toilet was blocked and had an overflow to the floor. We had to use towels to keep the water from reaching the carpet area. I called for plumbing service and no one turned up. We returned to the property around 4 am and still found the water on the floor.

Location was good and the room was nicely set up and clean.

Bath sink was blocked and host did nothing about it after the issue was reported. Hardly any toilet tissue so had to buy that first before settling down. WiFi was pretty slow and was cutting off. Website promised to provide towels but none was found at the property. I phoned to report this and was told we'd have to pay extra for the property. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was none around and they would get back to me. They didn't.

Worst experience ever. Summary of my visit: - toilet seat flush knob missing - toilet paper holder hanging loosely - dirty hair dryer - very dirty sofa - no hooks in the shower room (for towels) - no hooks in the toilet (e.g., for hand towel, etc.) ( rubbish bin lid does not stay put properly - dirty bedlinen - heating not working properly - Dirty bed linen - no instruction booklet how to use the facilities etc. heating, hob/oven/microwave, and such. - no towels at all when we arrived - after complaining we were provided with one bath towel and one hand towel only even though it was two persons staying here. - only one roll of toilet paper that was not even full was provided. We complained and were promised to be provided more but never got it - we had to buy ourselves. - no wardrobe, even if it was listed as a facility on your site at booking.com. - no check-in codes provided regardless of a full payment processed by our side already in late July and "booking reservation confirmation" received. We were suddenly asked to pay again because you could not locate the payment/you had not charged the card for some reason, and even we had a written proof you refused us to send the proof to you via email or any other format but you insisted that we had to pay the booking again now. - security deposit link only provided a few hours before our arrival to Birmingham My friend is seriously physically disabled and they left us suffering outside in the cold and torrential rain. - They did not respond to our calls at all until the booking.com had to interfere - and afterwards, they communicated via text messages but only when you felt so. Booking.com staff promised to call us back but never called to check on our wellbeing as I had a disabled friend with me ( I was let down by booking.com as well on this occasion) - they totally ignored our requests irregardless to the heating and compromised the seriously physically disabled person's safety

At arrival there were missing blankets but the Staff atended us immediately. Very helpful
