Old city fortress exceptional place Cosmanu

Excellent location, very close to the City Center and to the Children Hospital. Small hallway but the main room is huge, much bigger then it looks in the pictures. Very nice bathroom. Tasteful interior design. Fully equipped with almost everything you may need on a short stay (including air conditioning, useful on hot summer days). Complementary coffee, which is nice. We (a family of 3) spent a few nice days here on our way to Austria.

Walkable distance to city center, very clean. Very "livable" place, I could be here for months. Public parking can be found on the street. Full kitchen appliances, wardrobe, high table for dining, etc.

We may be a bit clumsy but we didnt know how to get warm water in the shower, but we didnt mind it as we easily manage to shower with cold water. Also, a shower cabin would be nice, and maybe a few more lights in the room.

Everything!!! Clean, cousy, close to the city centre, quiet street, free parking with natural shade, great bar/restaurant nearby.

Location is very good, only 10min from city center. Room is spacious and clean. Easy access. Also host was helpfull with our questions.

We were under an impression that there will be private parking spot, but instead we had to park in the street and look for parking for some time.

It's clean.

Communication with the landlord, rude and arrogant. We didn't have toilet paper or as our landlord said "you have 80% of one roll and no normal person uses more than 1 roll per day", we were 2 persons who stayed 3 days. When we asked him about some things that are missing, he said "he expects polite conversation" , we didn't know it's rude to ask if something is missing. In apartment you don't have kitchen utensils. I am really surprised that he has such a good rating, 9.4. Because also, lights were not working. We really don't expect much, but this was really bad experience. We would pass through all this, but the landlord attitude was something we cannot get over. We have the screenshots of the conversation.

It was a very pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for three people. The neighborhood is quiet and the communication with the owner was discreet and efficient. We strongly recommend it.

We have nothing to complain about.
