IEHost double booked his own place and asked ME to cancel my own booking. Which does not follow the website policies. He also booked something else without me checking it first : again, not following the policies. I was explained by the booking team that I was to receive a link with one property to validate the choice, or decline. None of this process was followed.
The property the host booked was a joke (samples of photos below). Nothing equivalent and dirty (also, they were no parking included). If I hadn’t travelled with my parents who aren’t this young anymore, I would have got a hotel. But my relatives were exhausted and just needed to rest. Immediately. Icing on the cake, the host declined to reimburse me for this terrible experience. He told me he was “happy” to pay for the parking … I am not waiting anymore.
