Best Location-fancy Apartment In Cascoviejo

Bien situé, spacieux, joli appartement bien fourni en équipement. Il y avait un lave-linge. Les hôtes sont réactifs et conseils sur WhatsApp. Il y a un gardien dans l'immeuble en journée.

La propreté est à améliorer. Les sols sont sales. Grande difficulté à ouvrir les volets et les fenêtres (je n'ai pas réussi). On se sent emprisonné. Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable. Aucun accueil physique. Au moins une bouteille d'eau trouvée à notre arrivée aurait été la bienvenue !

Incredible location. Safe at night. Lots of great restaurants and fun things to do with only a couple blocks walk. Also: it has an elevator!!

There is a step in the bathroom that could cause a trip if not paying attention. Not a big deal unless your mobility is limited.

Great location to enjoy Casco Viejo. Lots of items available in the kitchen. Super clean, comfortable and great views. Well secured facility but no safe if that’s a worry for folks. Building seems well secured so little concern from our end

No laundry soap despite a washing machine available. Hot water takes a very long time to arrive which wastes a lot of water. Property was lovely, two minor items takes nothing away from it.

The location was great. The host was very responsive. It is loud due to location and old windows that don't seal- you will need ear plugs to sleep if you are not a heavy sleeper. The kitchen had just enough dishes and all the appliances needed. The bathroom is great and lots of hot water. There is a combo washer/dryer unit. The AC worked great.

The floors were dirty (due to the type of tile with texture most likely can't be easily cleaned well). The couch is not great- it leans down in front (something is broke or worn out). There was a rat (not mouse) in the apartment the last night- it ran under the dishwasher compartment where there's a gap in the corner.

Location is perfect. Very well equipped kitchen and useful to have washer dryer.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and not really fit for purpose.

Great location where you have access to all kinds of restaurants, bars, and historical sites within walking distance. The apartment building was secure, including a desk clerk that greated us every time we arrived or left. The size of the apartment was great. You didn't feel cramped. One downfall was that the bidet wasn't functional. Contact with owner/person in charge was good. Our contact was easy to deal with. Any questions or issues we had, they were prompt to answer/fix. The location was great for Uber pickup/drop off. no one ever got lost trying to find it.
