- Location - Spaciousness - New furniture - nice beds/mattresses - Amenities - Staff friendliness

- Connectivity - wireless on/off - not the fastest - Non-availability of small items: (1) large glasses (2) small pot to boil eggs etc. (3) meat/salad bowls - Only one key to beach - Shower water pressure and hot water regulation difficult - All bedrooms are too light during the night (block out curtains or blinds required)
