The size of the room The fact that the building was close to garbage area and the smell The rooftop pool has no use it was so tiny The bathroom light and fan was not working properly No cleaning services or change of towels Too expensive for what it was The AC unit was enough to dehumidify the room and it was right above my head so it was either too cold or not enough.
USI liked the location, easy access of the building and our room, decor, and cleanliness.
We did not realized that there are NO staff on site! If you have questions or need assistance, there is no one there to help. We were told to text when we arrived and we did, but waited over 2 hours for support. We were somewhat stranded. They said they would send someone, and no one ever showed up.
CAGreat location. Close to everything. Very clean and safe. Responsive staff. All the amenities you need. Overall very good.
What you don't see in the pictures is that there's a garbage dump right behind the building. So expect the noise of the garbage truck and the lingering smell. That makes the lovely balcony - for which I chose this place - not as desirable as one might think. Overall though, we enjoyed our stayed.

NLKamer en bed waren super fijn en ruim. Er is geen receptie oid, maar personeel was goed bereikbaar en ik ontving alle info via Whatsapp voor aankomst. Schoonmakers hebben ter plekke geholpen met bagage wegzetten. Kamer was voor check-in tijd klaar en locatie geweldig.
Eerlijk gezegd, niets. Heel erg tevreden.

DEDie Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, sehr zentral mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gab eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Es war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer, das Fenster ging zu einer Wand heraus ohne Aussicht. Das Zimmer war durch den Pfosten sehr eng. Der Kühlschrank hat in regelmäßigen Abständen laute Geräusche gemacht, was vor allem nachts sehr nervig war!
