Attractive colonial style.

No staff.

I had a room on two floors. On the upper level there was a kitchenette, a couch and entrance, and on lower level a bed (only big enough for 1 person), bathroom and balcony. The stairs are quite steep so be careful. The property is in the heart of Casco Viejo. There is a small cafe across the street with breakfast possibilities. In the hotel, I haven't seen any personnel during my stay. Everything functions on code. The very small swimming pool on the roof is a plus as it is quite refreshing after a day of walking around. The whole rooftop area is small but very cute and well decorated with tiles, plants and 2 sun loungers.

I sort of missed contact with somebody, especially because it was my first 2 nights in Panama City and could use some information, but it is absolutely not a critic or negative opinion, just an observation.

Lived location, view and the vultures! Can't think of a better stay for a 3 day trip to PC. Easy to walk around Casco Viejo and get cheap ubers to other locations.

No cups, bowls or cutlery. Not super important given location and abundance of shops and restaurants, but would have been good.

Marroqui was nicely located, more on an edge of old town, but still just 2 blocks from Plaza Independence and the Canal Museum. Lots of good food choices within an easy walk. Metro at 5 de Mayo about a 15min walk. Metro not an option for airport access; luggage handling would be too much trouble. But Uber is real reasonable to go anywhere. Size of room totally adequate; bed comfortable; air conditioning worked fine. There is a small refrigerator. Nice tile work on the floor; quite clean as well. I was quite comfortable.

This is a no frills location. There's no staff on site to do anything (only cleaners.) If I wanted to communicate with someone, it's only through the app. Only time I saw a "staff member' was the guy who made us leave the pool area (I think it was only 9) and it was in the 80's at night. The small outdoor pool attracted birds; at the end of the day you'll deal with a little bird debris (feathers and such) For whatever reason my unit lost hot water, so a warm/hot shower wasn't happening. Now its over 90F outside; water wasn't freezing, just not hot. TV on wall was apps only. No "local" stations were received. Really, the negatives weren't so overwhelming to avoid staying here.

Очень удачное расположение отеля. Лёгкость и быстрота при заселении (безконтактное),но при этом быстрая поддержка через вотсап по любому вопросу. Номер уютный с интересным интерьером. Есть все удобства,горячая вода,кондиционер,телевизор,кофемашина чайник. Номер был очень чистый с балконом. Номер был на 2 этаже и балкон выходил на парковку и помойку,но плохих запахов не было,а ночью приходили еноты и было забавно наблюдать как они ищут еду.

Иногда был неприятный запах из труб,но это проблема всех старых районов и это не отражалось плохо на общем восприятии отеля.
