Front Lake Apartment with Private Funicular

Excellent communication from staff. Easy to acces and beautiful scenery, place was amazing.

We stayed in a spacious and clean apartment with a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, which was very convenient. Overall, a clean apartment in a fantastic location, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort.

The interior is a bit outdated, and the apartment is not well soundproofed. We were disturbed by noisy upstairs neighbors at times. Additionally, at 8 AM, the gardeners arrived to mow the lawn, which was quite disruptive. The bed also creaked a lot, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

A unique one of a kind place set in the most beautiful locations. I didn't want to leave.

Climbing up all the steps. Without a car it's a good walk away from the town. Taxis are expensive.

The view is good and the privacy you get. You can swim and jump in the lake if you like. Very quite.

The bed is squeeky, the kitchen is very dated and there was this smell of damp and old furniture everywhere. The bathroom is way overdue a re-decoration and complete refurbishment. Water gathers in the shower tray and doesnt drain properly.

Good location, excellent view

No soundproofing whatsoever, really uncomfortable bed, cleanness not good at all, impossible to take a shower cause the siphon is blocked and brings all the grouse stuff and bacteria over flood in your feet (including dead bugs), constructions at the entrance which led to dirt und mud entering the cars, overall not a great experience. Isn’t worth 1/3 from the asking price.

If you don't mind the outdated facilities and appliances, the dodgy electrical wiring, a shower that won't drain and a bed you can barely sleep in, then the location and view from the property is more than worth it.

The Bed was terrible and needs to be replaced. Some of the electrical wiring was very dodgy. The shower wouldn't drain. The kitchen facilities were poor, no tea towel etc.

location is beautiful. accommodations were wonderful.

neighbors above were loud each evening and the bed needs adjustments.
