This apartment was over our expectations, lovely and clean, kitchen / apartment well equipped and terrace was a bonus

Did have a few issues with water pressure so couldn't use the waterfall shower but the normal shower head worked fine.

The property was very well located half way up the mountain which meant it was easy walking distance to the main centre of Taormina. It was spacious and clean with modern facilities.

The showers lacked any shelve space to put your soaps and shampoos making it awkward to bend down to the floor to access these given the the showers are on the small side.

The kitchen was very well equipped although coffee machine was broken.

The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, the spare linen was dirty. There were no swimming towels these needed to be hired separately. There parking is a nightmare to get in and out of if you have anything bigger than a smart car. The beds are awful, the pillows too hard and the linen was dreadful. We were so disappointed that we left after two nights as for EUR 500 a night we were expecting a luxury apartment which this apartment is not. What is worse the owners of the property re-let the apartment when we left. Only after we found out and asked for a refund were we offered any form of refund. However we were only given a refund equal to one night when it was relet for two nights. This we found to be completely dishonest.
