Zwróciłabym uwagę na staranniejsze przygotowanie czystości mieszkania.

Only good thing about the property was location

Starting from not clear payment policy to condition of the apartment. I book the option “pay at the property” but this option doesn’t really exist. Place where you have to pay, their office, is about 35 min walk, which is not really convenient when you have suitcases with you and you don’t want to waste your time sitting in taxi in traffic. The person who was taking payment from us wasn’t very nice or welcoming. They have charged us 400zl incase of damages and we got apartment without door handle in bathroom, which was impossible to close or lock the door, chair in the kitchen was broken, bedding was worse than in hospital, iron had damaged cable, and there was cigarette butt on the radiator. I wouldn’t go back there or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed!

Location & inside temperature

Sofa bed & Pillows uncomfortable. Microwave didn’t work. WC not clean enough. Scarce kitchen tools (cups, dishes, bowls, etc.)

Good location, close to everything, easy access to the property, very well equipped

Dirty sofa with stains, shower was plugged so it was flooding in and outside the bathroom

actually no parking place (but the owner told that the parking will be available) support (number was taken from the owner’s reminder message) doesn’t pick up the phone no one answered in WhatsApp or booking direct when the case was urgent

The property asks for 100 eur deposit, which is a lot. If we lost keys, they would charge additional 100 eur (which is not included in the deposit). We were promised the free underground parking but apparently the previous guests took the parking key. It seems that the parking space does not even exists. Based on the reviews, we were not the only ones who had the issue with the parking. The apartment was dirty, some of the places (corners, cupboards, etc.) were not cleaned for a really long time. I am a frequent traveller and I have never ever seen such a dirty apartment. The extra blanket on the bed was dirty and not washed after the previous stays. The property is rented through a third party partner, which makes the communication difficult. Not recommend!
