Everything you need is there, most specially if you are staying for a couple of days and you do not want to be just staying at a hotel room. It’s really a home away from home. Plus you have the grocery, restaurants, banks at the ground floor of the building. Even a convenience store and a 24/7 milktea place. Super easy to contact the owner and the property manager for anything. A big plus that they can arrange for a paid parking slot all throughout the stay so anytime you can just drive in and out.

Just really the reception/guards of the building - I think they need to sort out their paperwork and endorsement system. We stayed for 4 days and when there is a new guard around, they looked for the auth letter. Good thing the owner/host was available to be messaged and/or called so that they can speak with the guards.. which really is much appreciated to the host because they had been providing us support all throughout our stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was in the photos it shows a low near the pool & it was on the 29th floor

Check in process was so weird, had to wait for host in a residence block to come let us in. Then there was a rat in our room so we had to move rooms, never before stayed anywhere that had a rodent in the kitchen area

none ,we can’t relax coz the service was to slow

stressing for us because very hard to find someone to talk about what we need and when we check in we wait for 2hours without someone talking to us what we and where we go. plus when we do booking it said (enjoy private own pool) but we stayed 4days and 3 nights we not even go for swimming because we are 3 group and we need to pay .
