Second stay with ensuite this time. Good location for me with convenience nearby. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Can be a bit noisy with the other guests in other rooms. The mid floor is very noisy with the floorboards creeking above and the extractor fan next door. However second visit I stayed downstairs which is more spacious but had a problem with a leak in to the room unfortunately. Maintenance was quick to respond.

"It is a good place for an over night stay."

Very clean room, clean bathroom and kitchen. Well looked after, no noise, but the mattress was too soft for my back. Will book the place again.
