Two Bedroom Split Center Apartment Zvonimir

The apartment is located in the walking distance from the city center. There were 2 ACs inside which was vital in such a heat. The apartment was clean and cozy with all the possible amenities: coffee machine, dishwasher, pans, pots, capsules for washing machine, e.t.c. The owner was responsive and polite.

Close to bakery, market and old town.

Not suitable if traffic noise disturbs you.

The host was there to meet & greet, showing the amenities and even offered breakfast. The Apartment and facilities, beds, bathroom all electrical appliances etc. appears as new, as it must have been totally renovated. Internet had good capacity.There is a separate air con in the master bedroom and the apartment appear quitet, considering the central location. Beds are full size, firm and comfortable. Walking distance was for us a 8 min walk from the apartment to the gates of Split Old Town, 12 min to the Riva waterfront and 18-20 minutes to the nearest beach. <1 min to bakery, 5 min to local supermarket(Studenac?/Tommy) Premises are easily accesible by car, as it is on the main access route into Split, and we got access to parking on the premises. Kresimir is a fantastic positive and accommodating host, showing both the premises and inviting on a guiding tour to show direction and location of the best local beaches and recommended locations for experience and dine. His local and trip recommendations were higly appreciated and exploited.

Apartment Zvonimir is 5, 6 minute walking time to the Diocletian Palce. Nice, newly refurbish apartments with all equipment you need to have in kitchen. Parking place free of charge in front of building. Which I like also it's on 1sr floor just 15 stepa till apartment. Highly recomended

This our second time in this apartment. Family 2+2. In total we spent in this apartment 10days. Easy to park your car near by apartment (free) Bakery and grocery shop next to it (bakery shop is amazing) Apartment is brand new, everything is fresh and clean like new. All rooms are very comfortable and quite huge. TV with smart functions like Netflix, YT, etc. Fast internet, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, iron…everything what you need to feel like home. Perfect option for family with kids like we are. The most important thing about apartment too…is that OldTown is just 10min walk from the house. including FRESH market with veggies and fruits. Owner is a great person to talk if you need anything to know about split and etc
