I booked the property for one night. When we reached there the gatekeeper said he doesn't know about our reservations. The phone number given was wrong. The gatekeeper spoke only Arabic so people from nearby shop gathered and tried to help us. They found the phone number of the owner of the building by talking to nearby shops. The owner said he has not accepted any accommodation request and he doesn't know anything about it. He admitted that the property is his and pictures are correct. We spend an hour there to find a solution. Later a local person gave us number of another property provider. We spent the night there. It was really frustrating. I later checked the reviews of the property and found that the same thing happened to another party. I am leaving this review to warn you to not book this property. When I talked to booking.com support, they told me that provider has claimed that we stayed at the property. I am sure that the guy is scamming people.

Warning — avoid this owner. My experience: he didn’t answer the phone and left me waiting in the car with my young child. He ignored my calls and messages, and kept us stranded. Later I found another customer’s review describing the exact same behavior. Based on what happened to me and others, I strongly advise you to avoid doing business with him — he will treat you very badly.

The owner did not respond to messages and phone calls. Left no check-in instructions and left us stranded in an unknown city. I had specifically stated that we would be reaching by late evening, but the owner did not respond. I was charged the full amount and I am still not refunded my money as I did not stay here.

This listing is a FRAUD! After making payments the owner does not respond! The owner also lies and informed the Bookings team that we have already stayed in the accommodation. The address in the listing is incomplete... FRAUD ALERT

Peaceful, clean and great place to stay at. I highly recommend it . Welcoming and responsive host that made my stay even more comfortable.
