"Bad service, no wanting to help just warming the chair"

The service was rubbish, requested a blanket and didn't give, I got sick, there was one blanket and was small, I suppose to have a room with balcony and didn't even have a window, suppose to have cleaning and nobody cleaned it, they kept the rubbish bag for days I don't recommend it at all, the service lay and they are not service oriented, no way I go back there, and the AC was not working, really bad experience
