Urban Utopia Penthouse with private parking

The location of the penthouse is perfect. On walking distance of both the city center and the beach. Marin, the host, was really helpful and relaxed.

It’s super spacious with an amazing balcony. It’s super close to the center, we would walk every day there. The owner is super super nice!

We had a fantastic weekend in Split as a group of five, staying in the beautiful Utopia Penthouse Apartment. The space was spotless and very tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Old Town, making it super easy to explore all the sights, shops, and restaurants. Our hosts were amazing—friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for local excursions, which really helped us make the most of our trip. They also accommodated an early check-in which was handy as we arrived early in the day. One lovely surprise was the fresh strawberries that the hosts brought round on our first morning - a really thoughtful touch. The highlight had to be the incredible views from the balcony area. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery was just stunning. We’d love to visit Split again, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here a second time. Highly recommended!

Everything regarding this apartment was amazing. The view from the balcony, location, interior was top class but besides all those things, what we liked the most was the host. He’s so kind, attentive, friendly and really helpful.

wonderful apartments! spacious, clean, the apartments have everything you need. The owner is caring, provided everything for the best rest, even treated us to local tangerines :) I was impressed by the large loggia with a barbecue and the presence of a sauna in the apartment. They wrote above about the washing machine, now everything works. Many thanks to the owner for the perfect vacation!
