It was very easy to communicate with them and the check in went flawlessly easy. The room was so tasteful and interesting. Very central. We'll definitely be back.

Great location, good information on how to use everything, loved not having to use a key. The code access made it all feel more secure.

Room was a bit smaller than I thought but everything was very comfortable and nice and quiet and clean. I thought 10am was a bit early for checkout and the threat of charging €100 was a bit harse.

This place is very uncomftable. It feels like u are in prison because they are very controlling. I invited just one friend to visit me because I am visiting the city for a few days. And after I let my friend in, they started calling me on my phone a lot of times. And they also emailed me for that saying that I cant have a visitor. My friend stayed just for 20 mins. I know they have rules about that but its not okay that they are controlling the guests and u dont feel comfortable and free. They also ask u to pay extra even if in the booking.com it says all taxes included and It means you dont have to pay anything when u arrive. I did not pay what they asked because I know they just wanna scam the guests. I read the same review about them asking money when u arrive to the place. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend this place. They don’t care about the guests but just for the money! Very unfriendly staff.
