It is a lovely converted old vicarage, with beautifully decorated apartments and set in stunning grounds with its visiting bunnies. Just on the outskirts of Keswick. The apartment is well equipped for your every need with gorgeous furnishings. We can't recommend it highly enough. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Which was a lovely touch.

Beautiful apartment, lovely furnishings and everything we needed was provided. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and a nice touch. Nice quiet location, stunning garden, ample parking and only a 10 minute stroll into Keswick centre. The owners were lovely and happy to take the time to speak to us and advise on places to go and things of interest.

Ashley & Steve are wonderful hosts. We were welcomed upon arrival. We were a little early, but it wasn't a problem. Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location which is a gentle 10min stroll from Keswick centre, so is very peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay at the Lairbeck again and can highly recommend it.

Very spacious, clean, well provisioned apartment. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed and living area. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Close enough to walk in to town. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Property was exceptionally clean, cosy and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Hosts were warm and welcoming, communication throughout was fantastic. The welcome pack they provided was very useful as well as the local travel guides. Location was great for us as it was close to a supermarket and petrol station. Easy driving access to the north and central Lakes.

The apartment was perfectly located with great access to Keswick and many hike routes. It was beautifully decorated and furnished, immaculate, and offered a real home away from home experience. The hosts were thoughtful and accommodating. Really couldn't recommend this more, look forward to returning sometime!
