The little terrace/balcony

Beds were uncomfortable, shower flooded (this was rectified) broken toilet, side of sofa was broken, trimmings in the kitchen were loose. Food left in cupboard. The light in the bathroom would turn off and on. No wifi or phone signal. One of our party left early as she couldn’t sleep in the uncomfortable bed, and she didn’t have contact with her family and this was meant to be a break away from her baby.

Good location within the holiday park. Caravan was clean and with all the basic equipment you would expect. Loved the veranda seating area. Pets were accepted.

Arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled 4 o’clock check in time. Had to phone the owners twice 3:35 and 4:05 for the code to the key safe containing the keys to the caravan. The email with the arrival instructions did not arrive until 4:30 so had to ask at the site Reception Centre for the location of the caravan. Lights inside the caravan could have been brighter. The light in the bathroom kept going out then coming back on again. Very annoying!

Beautiful caravan. Very clean, very spacious, outside seating area was perfect for relaxing and chatting in the sunshine. Large fan was a very welcome addition as it was so warm. Great communication from host also. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely quiet location, short walk to restaurant/bar. Only stayed one night, so didn't get chance to use facilities such as entertainment or swimming pool, but a very nice, friendly park.

Nothing not to like. But as a suggestion, WiFi would be helpful as mobile service was quite poor. Also, a parasol for the table as we were lucky enough to have some beautiful weather, but got very warm sitting in direct sunlight.

"Lovely caravan"

Nice well equipped and comfortable. Lovely caravan and nice setting. Very clean inside.

Outside was very dirty. Ash tray full. Didn’t tell us about extra cost for dog on booking.com and £25 for two nights was steep
