Hard to find. Pillows were dirty. Wallpaper was coming off in bedroom. Coffee table was damaged. The couches were solid and not too comfortable to sit on. No bath mat or small towel to be used as a bath mat.

Above us although friendly liked to smoke dope A LOT !!! This can very strong outside out apartment and did start to smell at the end bedroom in our apartment. A mirror would be good in the second bedroom as we were all women and only mirror in one of the bedrooms. There was a crack in the flooring in the kitchen. You had to be careful.

The beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Had everything on your doorstep. The kitchen had everything you would need.

One of the sofas was broken and very dirty, the headboard in one of the bedrooms was dirty, there was ripped bedding on one of the beds. The shower is quite small. There was a cracked tile on the floor in the kitchen which is unsafe, and the floor was very slippery, think it was down to something they cleaned the floor with. The handle on the stairway needs fixing. And in one of the bedrooms in a drawer under the bed we found a blue plate with what looked like an illegal substance and a rolled up 5 pound note.

We stayed here last year which is why we booked agin to stay this year, perfect location near the winter gardens. Have booked again for 2026.

The property was extremely unclean. I had to clean the fridge and the sink area on arrival. The bedrooms were full of dust. The owner was really accommodating and apologetic and promised we would get the cleaning fee back which was £60. I have chased and now I’m getting ignored. There was no cutlery. 1 big fork and one very small fork for 4 of us. The kitchen definitely needs stocking up. Luckily we were out most of the day.

Attentive host, Paul. Great central l9cation. Lovely spacious apartment. Downside was not cleaned, family of 6 and would not use sofa bed for kids or blow up mattress, couches badly stained and very dirty with debris inside. Unable to connect to wi fi for 4 days or use tv, kids hated it. Last day no gas worked, luckily was not too cold. Previous tenant left trash and the bin bag was not removed. Bathroom had sand from the beach all over especially window sill. Cleaners need replaced and property checked before being let.
