Modern Double Bedroom with Marble private bathroom

Attitude of the property 'manager' was very poor. In a rush to do the minimum and get away. Was not at property as agreed and confirmed through Booking.com Carpets were dirty, hallway musty. Booking.com washing machine and dryer info is wrong. Is not available as described unless paying £10 per load. There is no air-conditioning as described. Bathroom is very, very small. Too small for easy use. A large built person would have great difficulty The kitchen, cooker etc was outside our room on the second floor between our room and the stairs. Does this meet UK fire safety stds? All in all, the impression is of a hands-off approach to guests.

close to the train station , cafes and restaurants

the room was not clean. stains on the bed sheet and blanket, carpet and curtains . dirty dishes in the sink in the kitchen . the flat was only cleaned after we mentioned it. it was good that we had brought our own bed sheet and pillow covers otherwise don’t think we would’ve stayed the night ! however, after mentioning it they cleaned the flat the next day . but still the carpet and curtains very dirty :(
