New TV was good, flat small but all fine and found plug in heater to take off winter cold. Price higher than last booking and as dog friendly was taken aback by the extra £50 charge for 2 nights for 1 well behaved dog staying in flat. Most dog friendly places have no dog charge or nominal £5 to £10 a night extra this includes the larger chain hotels. I like the property and location, we had to street park due to the scaffolding in the parking area and no reduction for this. Though enjoy staying at property increased price and very high dog fee may have to reconsider booking again as become too expensive.

Small and compact but stay was pleasant.

It's little small and very compact. But manageable

Washing machine did not work. There were slugs coming from the garden to the room The doors were closed. There were cobwebs inside the light shades and under the furniture.

the host was fantastic. i booked at very short notice. upon arrival i called the property and the two people i spoke to were superb, very helpful, genial and reassuring. my sincere thanks to them.
