The apartment felt very authentic and we loved the decor and feel of it. Location was great with a lovely view of the Leaning Tower from the window. Having a roof small terrace really made it too!

Perfect location - view of tower from bedroom window. Well air conditioned. Central to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

Lots of stairs to get to the top - something to consider if you’re not fit.

The apartment is very comfortbale, near to all the objectives. The rooms are big enough with natural light from the big windows.

The apartament wasn't very clean , especially the bathroom. Also we had a lot of problems with hot water for the shower, that ends in 5 minutes. The second person took a bath with cold water .

Great location, very cozy and well equipped apartment. Balcony is a great advantage!

Narrow stairs to get to a top floor. It is a loud construction site in neighborhood, hopefully that will end in few weeks

It was cozy, really nicely decorated. The terrace was really cute. Probably would be nice for a longer stay.

Had to pick up the keys from the office of the property managers which was quite far from the property itself.

DISASTER. We booked the apartment for a 3-night stay. After booking you're informed that you collect the keys from the agent’s office which is enroute to the apartment from the airport – inconvenient in 30-degree heat, but not too bad. Somehow there was miscommunication, I wished to check in early at 12pm which I thought was confirmed, but when I collected the keys from the office at 10.30am, they mentioned that they were unsure if the cleaners have been. We decided to keep on and check on the apartment, it wasn’t ready. I didn’t feel confident leaving my luggage so took them with me and returned at 1.45pm (check in at 2pm as advertised) still no sign of a cleaner. There was dirty bed sheet, soiled bathroom with no clean towels, mess on the floor, trash left in the kitchen, plates and cutlery that needed cleaning, the whole place needed a deep clean and was totally unusable. I rang the agent’s and they kept fobbing me off “don’t know when they’ll get there” “it is what it is” I asked that they simply call the cleaners and confirm a time and get back to me, they didn’t. I was frantically calling the agents trying to get this resolved and every time I was made to feel I was an inconvenience to them. After waiting until 3.30pm, during this time we couldn’t use the facilities of how disgusting they were, we decided that even if someone would turn up within the next half an hour, it would take them at least and hour to clean the apartment thoroughly. From us going back to the apartment and waiting, I also contacted booking.com. I sent them photographs of the apartment and though they agreed it was filthy and unacceptable, they weren’t willing to help or compensate us as the agents told them that it will get sorted eventually. We left the apartment as we were in desperate need of freshening up as we had bookings from 5pm. I have since searched the apartment and found them on other booking platforms and people have had the exact same experience. DO NOT BOOK.
