Domus City Apartment with wonderful balcony

I Think it was the best apartament I have ever been in. It was very clean, everything was new. It also has a very good equipment. The owners are helpful and very nice. It was a great pleasure staying here.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It’s clean and well planned. I liked that it had oil, salt and pepper for cooking as well as tea and coffee. The host was very nice and responded quickly on messages. I can definitely recommend!

Wish it was summer during our stay so that the terrace could have been used more! :)

For those who need to catch up on work or simply want a dedicated space to sit down and plan their day, the presence of a desk was a welcome sight. It provided a quiet and functional area to focus on, allowing for a blend of business and leisure. Temperature control was a non-issue thanks to the two efficient AC units, strategically placed in both the living room and the bedroom. This ensured that no matter where you were in the apartment, you could enjoy a comfortable environment tailored to your preference. The availability of ample hot water was good. It's a small detail, but one that makes a significant impact on overall comfort and convenience during a stay. Lastly, the terrace was the crowning jewel of this apartment. A private outdoor space, it provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. In summary, this studio apartment is a true gem in Thessaloniki. From the attention to detail in amenities to the comfortable and well-designed layout, it's evident that the hosts have put a lot of thought into ensuring a memorable stay. I recommend this space to anyone seeking a convenient, comfortable, and inviting accommodation in this beautiful city.

While my stay in this Thessaloniki apartment was overall delightful, there were a few minor aspects that I feel are worth mentioning. The first is the size of the shower, which I found to be on the smaller side. While this might not pose an issue for everyone, it could be a consideration for guests who are larger or prefer a more spacious showering experience. Understandably, space constraints may have limited the possibility of enlarging the shower. Additionally, the sofa in the living room, though comfortable, could have offered a bit more cushioning for enhanced relaxation. It was perfectly serviceable, but a touch more plushness would have been appreciated for extended lounging. During my stay, there were some construction works underway in the building. This led to an early wake-up call due to the noise, particularly on a Saturday morning. While I understand that such situations can arise unexpectedly, it was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall tranquillity of the stay. These observations aside, the positives of the apartment far outweighed these minor hiccups. The thoughtful amenities, clean and well-maintained space, and excellent location made for a memorable visit to Thessaloniki. In conclusion, while there were a few areas that could have been improved upon, they were by no means deal-breakers. This apartment remains a solid choice for those seeking comfortable and convenient (and central) accommodation in Thessaloniki. I would happily consider returning for future visits to this vibrant city.

The look of the building from outside

The apartment has a great location, downstairs across the street there is a shop (also open on Sunday), bakery, pharmacy. The apartment has a large terrace, ideal for evenings, it is very well equipped (dishes, kettle, frying pan, pot, coffee maker, hair dryer, straightener, iron and ironing board). We highly recommend.

You have to be careful not to lock the keys in the apartment because the door can only be opened from the inside 😊
