Lovely Waterfront Riverbank Suite with Pool

Bad smell in Apts, especially the Bathrooms. There are mold in bathroom and shower. The place is under re-work or upgrade and shouldn't be renting out.

Washing machine inside master bedroom, Comforter a bit thin.

Booked for my family as they wanted city centre near the cat statue. They liked it immediately they entered.

Host was a bit late to respond so had to call. My cousin had to do the same as well. Hopefully the respond next time will be faster.

The location was really good with a lovely view of the river. The property is spacious. Clear detailed instructions for checking in sent via WhatsApp, the host said he was away hiking in the mountains

This property has so much potential, however we were shocked by the lack of cleanliness and need for maintenance. There was a grubby dish cloth and sponge, door and bath mats which we immediately washed in the washing machine, the water was very dirty. The first thing I bought was a pair of slippers so I didn't have to walk on the flooring in bare feet. The cushions pictured in the description were badly torn and frayed, two lamps had filthy stained shades. The balcony was dirty, the cupboard doors in one of the bathrooms needed to be replaced. The standards in no way reflected how the property is marketed. With a deep clean, some essential maintenance and repair this could be an outstanding accommodation, at present I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. As the host was unavailable we had no opportunity to raise our concerns during our four day stay.
