Central location, spacious with everything you need for a home is included in the unit.

The "lobby" was manned by unfriendly security guard with no uniform (the one who checked me out was nicer). Swimming pool area was poorly maintained. The gym looked like it belong to a prison. Balcony was full of bird poop. They did not bother to clean the balcony of unit 705 at all. We're talking about months' worth of pigeons' dropping! There were also ants in the kitchen. I had to throw away my cake after leaving it on the counter.
